The name of this Hall is also taken from Mencius - Liang Hui Wang II: “A prince lays the foundation of his inheritance, and hands down what he has started for his successors to continue. As to the final accomplishment of the great plan, that is with Heaven”.

It comprises two existing courtyards with a foyer, a front yard, and a principal hall on the central axis, and a two-storey Xiangfang on the left and right of the front courtyard. The two-storey principal hall is two rooms wide. The house has been partially damaged, But after renovation, the current situation of the house is relatively intact. The building area is 1172.5 square metres.
